  1. How do I order refill goods online?
    Refill dried goods - we use paper bags to place your product in.
    Refill liquid goods - We ask you to use our Recycle Scheme. You purchase a refill bottle for a 25p deposit. On your next order leave the empty bottle outside for our delivery driver to collect, return, recycle. The 25p will then be refunded on your next order or should you order more refill we will continue using the bottles.

  2. Estimated total - your basket total is estimated. This is because we pride ourselves on providing loose items with no need for plastic. Therefore, items weighed at the till may differ slightly. 

  3. How and when will I pay for my order? There are 2 options which you will select at the point of basket checkout.  1) By Card - you will input your card payment details. Your total amount will then be on hold. You will be charged when your personal shopper has completed your order on the day of delivery/collection in order to take the correct payment.  This is to account for any daily price changes of fresh goods and any out of stocks. 2) Pay by Phone. Your personal shopper will use the telephone number provided to call you to take payment over the phone when the order is complete on the day of delivery/collection. 

  4. Where do we deliver to? Please go to ‘Delivery area detail’. 

  5. When will we deliver? Please go to ‘Delivery area detail’ for your specific area. All deliveries will start from 10am until 7pm. 

  6. Click and collect is FREE. Available for collection from 12pm the following day. Or you can specify in the comments section what day and time you would like to collect. 

  7. What’s the minimum order value for click and collect and delivery? £20

  8. Your goods are packed into boxes. No plastic bags are used. 

  9. Checking out online. Once you have all your shopping in the basket you can edit it in the basket and then click ‘place order’. You will then need to fill in all your personal details including name, address, email and phone number. 

  10. How is my order confirmed? Once you have checked out, you will receive an email detailing all the products, quantities and estimated prices in your order. Once your order has been made up, your personal shopper will then either (depending on the payment method you selected) complete the card payment or contact you to take payment over the phone. 

  11. How can I leave a note? You can leave a note for your personal shopper about anything, such as: where you would like your shopping left, a product suggestion you would like us to stock, whether you would like ripe or under-ripe Bananas. 

  12. Having a personal shopper. Your personal expert shopper will ensure the quality of your products. If there are any items that we do not have in then your personal shopper will ring you and check if you would like a substitute or not.

  13. Can I edit my order once I have placed it? Yes, you have up until 6am the morning of your order date to make any amendments to your shopping basket and to edit any comments.

  1. Prices and availability change daily due to market fluctuations with supply. With this your shopping basket is an ESTIMATED price Total until your order is complete on day of delivery/collection. 
  2. Weighed items (e.g. Potatoes) will be picked to the nearest possible weight to your selection. Prices will therefore vary depending on the exact weight. The prices you see listed are per weight listed.
  3. It is the customers responsibility to be available to take the order in. If you are not going to be in and have a safe and suitable place for your items to be kept then please state in the comments section. Please note that goods delivered may be perishable as they are fresh, refrigerated or frozen products. Therefore, it is not advised to leave goods in locations and temperatures that are not suitable and Waterhouse's cannot take responsibility for this if any items perish. 
Privacy Policy 
Your data input is used soley for the purpose of your order placed at Waterhouse’s Quality Food. This includes having a history of your orders placed, your name, address and contact details. No details are used for or passed onto 3rd parties. No card payment details are stored online, in store or accessed by third parties. 

We at Waterhouse’s take keeping our customers and team safe very seriously. As such, we are adhering to any government guidelines and laws at any present time.
